1 bunch of kale, chopped
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp of sliced toasted almonds
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
To make the dressing, simply put together the juice of an orange with the olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Stir.
For the salad, peel the other orange and separate the sections. Chop orange sections and put in a bowl with the kale, avocado and almonds.
