Ken is one of the most serious trainers at Living Fitness. With a background in professional bodybuilding, he knows what it takes to get results. He is constantly monitoring his clients’ progress and goals, keeping them accountable and motivated. His years of training experience and studies combined with his own insatiable quest for learning make him one of the most knowledgeable trainers in the facility. Ken exudes confidence and passion for exercise science and training during every session with every client making him a very popular trainer at Living Fitness. Ken holds personal training certifications by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training for over ten years.
