Nicolette - midlife strength coach

Nicolette is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from CSU, Chico in Business with an Emphasis in Exercise Science. She also holds the highly esteemed Russian Kettlebell Certification and Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification. Nicolette is considered an industry expert and has been training and teaching various modalities of fitness for over 30 years. She is also a holistic weight loss expert and utilizes her knowledge from various nutrition certifications to help all of her clients of all sizes finally break through barriers and plateaus to lose weight when all other programs have failed them.

Her evolution into fitness began when she was a dancer and choreographer at the age of sixteen. Her background in dance and gymnastics turned out to be the best foundation for becoming a movement expert. Nicolette discovered and fell in love with strength training at the young age of seventeen. During her Freshman year in college, Nicolette went from being 20 pounds overweight to ripped in just a matter of weeks. Upon entering and winning her first fitness competition, she began working as a personal trainer to share her passion for fitness. She discovered how empowering strength training was for her and how it completely transformed her physique and improved her self esteem and wanted to share this knowledge with as many women as possible!

JANIRA- Strength coach | Glute Specialist | Injury prevention trainer

With over 10 years of experience in fitness, Janira began her journey at 16 and dove into personal training at 17 after overcoming a severe knee injury—no surgery, just dedication to strength training and rehab. Her athletic background spans soccer, tennis, and volleyball, and she’s passionate about helping others build strong bodies through injury prevention, mobility, mindset, and self-love.

Janira’s client roster includes  clients that span from 13 year old teens to 70+ year old post-menopausal women, and her strength lies in her patience and ability to truly connect with each individual’s body. She’s dedicated to tailoring programs that respect where your body is right now and where you want it to go.

Janira specializes in glute growth while keeping a feminine, sculpted upper body—but don’t get it twisted, she also trains men for bodybuilding and powerlifting. From bikini competitions to lifting heavy, she brings both beauty and beast mode to the gym. Let’s train smart and train strong 💪✨

Kyle - expert functional trainer

Kyle is a world class personal trainer and renowned fitness influencer with over 200k followers. Kyle has been involved with exercise and multiple sports since a very early age. A northern California native, Kyle holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Performance Enhancement from Cal State Fullerton. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Kyle is a former collegiate baseball player at CSUF, and former finalist on American Ninja Warrior. Kyle brings a level of experience and expertise unsurpassed by any other trainer in Orange County!

Helping people is Kyle’s true passion. He has several specialty certifications that compliment his well-rounded knowledge of health and fitness. Kyle is a highly respected trainer and sets a new standard of professionalism in an industry where it is much needed. He is able to deliver safe and effective programs to clients ranging from professional athletes to local residents of the community. Kyle taps into his sports psychology background by utilizing behavioral change processes in his training. Meghan is a certified Integrative Pilates instructor with over a decade of personal practice and a deep passion for restorative, empowering movement. A former distance runner and HIIT enthusiast, Meghan discovered Pilates in her 20s as a way to heal from the physical wear and tear of high-impact training—and it changed everything.

Her journey through physical therapy and recovery sparked a new approach to movement—one rooted in breath, intention, and core connection. Meghan’s sessions blend fluid, feel-good flows with precise strength and stability work, helping clients build strength from the inside out.She specializes in private, one-on-one Pilates, where her true gift lies in tailoring sessions to each person’s unique needs—whether it’s post-injury rehab, core recovery, or simply moving better and feeling more grounded. Her goal? To help every client feel strong, capable, and reconnected with their body—one session at a time.

Michael - strength coach | Yoga therapist | Youth athletic trainer

Michael started his fitness journey over 18 years ago, and has truly made it his life’s passion. Michael received his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a certified Yoga Instructor (specializing in therapeutic yoga) and has graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. In his continuing education, Michael completed the prestigious Intelligence and Security certificate program from the University of Cambridge.

His advanced approach to physical training is holistic, functional, and unique to each clients own goals, biomechanics and lifestyle. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, bodybuilding, triathlon training, or recovering from an injury, Michael’s technical proficiency and skill set has something for each and every client. Michaels specific interests include tactical fitness (MIL/LE/EMS), comprehensive strength & conditioning, and yoga therapy for both the body and mind.

Beni - strength & Hypertrophy coach

To date, he has been a trainer for over 25 years and has expertise in training people with sports injuries, back and neck problems, physical limitations, and people of all age ranges from children to seniors into their nineties.

Beni receives a great deal of fulfillment from the success achieved by his clients. He has helped many clients regain their fitness after debilitating health conditions such as heart disease, cancer, and hip or knee replacements. He understands that helping people recover physically is one of the best ways to heal emotionally.
