Living Fitness offers customized nutrition plans. The first step begins with the assessment process where we determine your body composition, weight and fitness goals. You will then receive a customized macronutrient profile (for your maintenance, weight loss, or muscle building goals), a sample meal plan and recipes that reflect your macronutrients. You will also receive a detailed nutrition guide explaining what to eat and much more. You will be coached on how to use “My Fitness Pal” for best results and leave with a step-by step plan of action, and your first week’s task to focus on.
